After speaking with Shane several times over the last few weeks I felt it necessary to send a short email to say what a pleasure it has been. Shane rang the company I work for with an offer on advertising as we have been with them for quite a few years. After a really pleasant conversation with him in which he went over the offer with me I agreed to the new advertisement. At no time did I feel pressured or under any obligation to accept his offer and when I said that we had some new artwork that I would like including he was more than happy to oblige. One thing I like about Shane is that he is always very polite and professional but also always takes time to ask about myself and family. Katie is always courteous and friendly on the phone when offering us space. She looks after us as a customer and always tries to offer a preferential rate where possible in return for our continued business. We often advertise in the North West Times and the Yorkshire Herald and Advertiser and due to busy schedules, we can sometimes run tight on deadlines to which Katie is always accommodating and offers to help where she can.

I do know that in sales we all have to deal with negative feedback continually and it is always wonderful to have a customer who shows a little effort in letting you know that you are doing a great job. I have been delighted with your positive approach to everything you have done for us and would like to pass on our appreciation for your professional and informative manor, especially today, when we had asked you to place an advert at short notice and you were happy to out yourself out to facilitate our advertisement. On initial contact with Shane, he explained who he was and why he was ringing and went on to give full details of the offer for the advertisement. He did speak to David Cooper who managed to negotiate a reduced rate. Once the details were confirmed and payment was made, the advert was installed on the website efficiently. Shane was pleasant and informative without being too pushy therefore that is why we agreed to place the advert. Overall we’re satisfied with the service.
